Hey fellow Hubbers-

I'm Donnelly, a former Stevens Point Journal news reporter turned SAHM in PLOVER, WISCONSIN. Many life changes have turned me into a money- saving diva. I've been missing my calling as a news reporter, and with children to raise, how PERFECT is Hub?! It is absolutely the perfect outlet for freelance writing.

I grew up in Stevens Point, and as our local daily newspaper leaves a massive bitter taste in my mouth- and those of my fellow community members- I've taken to using Hub as an outlet for my own Op-ed pieces, sometimes digging up news that the Journal won't- or can't- touch.

In other words, I write for the Stevens Point area. Though I have little time to write EVERYTHING you deserve to read, I'll do my best to fill in some of the gaps our local paper has.

I'm a big believer in common sense and social satire. I think you'll find plenty of both in my hubs. :)
